30-day money-back guarantee

Every paid Tablyne plan — Pro, Lifetime and Team — is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If Tablyne isn't the right fit, request a refund within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Email support@tablyne.com with the subject "Refund" and your order email or license key. Because our orders are handled by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method. You may also contact Paddle directly via the receipt they email you.

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed promptly; it typically takes 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time — access continues until the end of the current billing period and you won't be charged again. The 30-day guarantee applies to your initial purchase. After 30 days, renewals are non-refundable except where required by law.

After a refund

Once refunded, the associated license is deactivated. The Free — Local tier remains available to you at no cost.
